The project was successfully developed on the technical platform of Jingong New Materials' “Cold Hydrogenation” process package through nearly one year of continuous innovation and technological breakthroughs. The process is mainly prepared by using trichlorosilane as a raw material, deuterating to dichlorodihydrosilane under catalytic conditions and further deuterating into silane to obtain high-purity electronic grade silane gas.
